Works as advertised. I am using this to clone my HTPC to a secondary monitor. At first I had a little distortion due to power and video being ran to close to one another. After clearing that up it works fine at 1280×720 with analog audio. I would not count on amplifing the audio due to a slight hum at full volume on TV speakers. When I add another monitor I will purchase another like it.

This cable works great for connecting a PC to HDTV providing both video and audio. An excellent alternative to the more expensive and less reliable wireless VGA adapter ($150) that I tried.
