Did you know HDMI cables are rated for different speeds?

Factors such as the refresh rate, color depth, and resolution of your high-definition television all change how much data an HDMI cable needs to be able to transmit. If your cable can’t handle the overload, you may be forced to mind your video at a lower resolution. In this video, the at the start in a run, we clarify why there is a need for our “Alacrity badges”. These small logos appear on our HDMI cable packages and aid people choose if the cable they are looking at will suit their needs.

Q. Is there any difference between cheap and expensive HDMI cables? A. Signal wise, absolutely not. Note though that approximately of the very expensive HDMI cables are fiber optic. Mind the video to find out more… www.Support3GM.com

Theryré dependability OLED, the category of picture you get on ur mobile phone. Very advanced
What devices are you connecting together and what is the “lag” dependability to the dipaly (is it audio, video, choppiness, etc)?
I had the same issue. I just bought a $7 HDMI cable from Newegg and I too am experiencing lag. It’s not the controller, and it’s not the internet connection. If I got a Monster HDMI cable, would it eradicate the lag?
When are 2560×1600 HDTV’s coming out lol? PC has been dependability that res for years.

Are you referring to in-game lag with the connection alacrity (which would be a factor of your internet connection) or with the show picture (which would be the cable/ show)?
I bought a 1080p 120 hz 32″ TV from Best Buy hooked up my xbox to my new TV with a 60HZ hdmi cable and i experience in game lag, if i hold a cable that can handle 120HZ will my lag go gone i reckon this is the issue i have will someone please get back to me!
thanks!
be grateful you very much for the explanation
At the start the resolutions are 1080p and 720p. This relates to the digit of lines drawn on your TV screen. The P stands for progressive which earnings that all of the lines of resolution are showed at once. If the HDMI cable that you have can handle all of the bandwidth needed to support a 1080p picture then the 1080p picture will have better quality.
when you are comparing a 1080p and 780p. is an hdmi cable give the same quality, or does the (P) matter in how well the hdmi work?
yuup
wow
kkkkk
I’m looking forward to alacrity rated composite cables.
to much to buy.
pass the time …..did he just say hello monsters?
in fact, there is a prototype tv shipping from japan that does 1440p…
That’s not to say that the best choice is Monster either. I saved finished 100 bucks buying from someone moreover. Second, no one out there has a 1440p tv anyhow (at least, not yet)
@stephenlandrum omg thats gonna be finished a 100$ lol
@ubuntututorials your right there, my cousins will never buy the expencive cables lol just goes to trade show this guy although not dumb his therory on cheap is just as excellent is ill-treat, my HDMI cable expense £80 there cables expense £10 and as no supprise they diddnt support 1080p, secondly nearly all cheap HDMI cables are of the 1.2 version so finding a 1.3b high alacrity cables for a cut-rate amount of that £40 excellent luck with that, so basicly cheap = crap expencive = quality, simple realy.
I need a 1600p HDMI Cable
@cjgan80 “when i place my HDMI cable” – where how what?
“then i opened my pc” – huh? you opened the case?
“the dekstop became a small smaller than the original screen which i ancient DVI on”
The note in it’s whole makes no sense, please try to be more detailed, as no one can really aid you in this state.
Yea! You saved me $90.00! lol
Somebody aid me , When i place my HDMI cable , then i opened my pc , the desktop became a small smaller than the original screen which i ancient DVI on :O
refering to your answer to my note you median like hdmi based on otic fiber made by the kramer companionship ….. i didnt test them , too expensive for me hahhaha like wireworld cables as well , but believe when i understood that the philips hdmi cable showed image noise . i single ancient the qed sr and philips , maybe the hdmi that i had from philips had a problem with the signal transmition , i dont know man , your question is the eternal mystery hahahahhaha
@najibovich
@fuckengerginof Buy yourself a cheap cable. If you can see no corruption (like form drops, pixel corruption), go no further. Otherwise, buy a more expensive cable. Simple.
@ettorebc I thought it was “bologna” not baloney… oh pass the time nevermind. It’s like HDMI same processed animal bi product. Didn’t know I had that much power with youtube comments as to influence “the World” but then again we are here going back and forth on this of a subject which has clearly reached the Barbaro state. You like pancakes?
my friend i be with you that digital is 1 and 0 i have 3 qed sr hdmi 100 euros each one( silver allusion) and an ancient 1.3 philips hdmi 35 euros , using a samsung le40m87 1080p lcd and a denon dvd 3930 and yes there a difference between the 2 hdmi brands , with the philips you get a video noise very visible , the image is not as sharp as the qed . the single difference is that the phillips does not output 100% of the input signal , there i a failure of the digital signal.
@shortman1984 is there a difference between a gold tiped 1 and a silver tipped 1??
@fuckengerginof I am the ruler of HDMI by adage “… HDMI cables are like peas in a pod …”? Awesome. If you are going to pick a companionship, you should go for the kings of baloney; Nordost … makes Audioquest/Monster look like bargain basement.
I could care a cut-rate amount of what you waste money on, just don’t try and fool the surplus of the world into being as dumb as you.
ok!
@ettorebc it’s ok babe-in-arms you won by now. ruler of Hdmi knowlege… blah blah blah. I will go yet to be and buy my expensive ass audioquest cables and you can care for dependability your thing like everyone moreover and buy your cables from menopause, er monoprice whatever. gee whiz. Didn’t reckon people cared so much as to how others spend their own money. If I ever question you to loan me money to buy approximately expensive cables feel free to hang me with one of your cheap ones I median low-priced ones. to0dles.
Octane is an indication of how much pressure a fuel can take before it spontaneously explodes; hardly the same as a cut of wire. Though, if the Ferrari would in fact run on 87 octane lacking having to retard timing or pinging(which loads of do) , it WOULD be nearer by a noteworthy amount … dolt.
Yes, all HDMI cables are like peas in a pod as lingering as they handle the given standard. Analog cables, that’s a different report (which HDMI are not)
What are your musical qualifications ? All you’ve understood is you can’t take notice of a diff. That I can believe.
AudioQuest for life!!!!!!!!! like these cables
@nevadawolf619
same here. I wanted to buy an HDMI cable in best buy for $60 but finished up buying it from Huge Lots for $15 bucks… The quality now for my tv is the best.. the single diffrence between mines and best buys HDMI cable, is the price… so what if it has a gold end. the cable ends will not be visible anyways…
Thanks for answering that question. You saved me approximately money.
@kami07860 It’s BluRay, not blueray, ya ignorant ted. And Monster can suck my knackers… Find your nearest Pound/Dollar shop and buy a cable. Don’t believe the hype. End of.
I’m gonna stab for myself in the face. Humanity is ignorant, stupid and retarded.. Rodney you are a legend mate. How you sleep at nighttime is a wonder. Knowing what you know and seeing braindead posts on YT would care for me up at nighttime. Excellent on ya.
Brb, early a business selling “premium quality” gold-plated USB printer cables. They’ll make a fortune!
@fingerboy18 I don’t know what kind of RF interference you have in your household but I have 2 hdmi cables within in this vicinity 8in of a wifi router with in this vicinity 85 mW transmit power with a 2 Dbi antenna and see no degradation on my 46in sony Bravia tv being feed from a Sony BDP-S360 and a Motorola 3400 run Comcast DVR. I do see approximately interference on a component connection to my Roku box in dark parts. Digital works or doesn’t work. Analog can degrade.
PS. I know I have a run-on so don’t note on it.
@Kerberoz01 so all digital signals are the same? and in any case of the structure of the cable it will always journey at the same alacrity and give excellent performance no matter what? Again exact cars ferraris if you will and one with 87 octane and another with 97 octane…. are you confident sufficient to say performance will be exactly the same? So if I may question will you say that 120hz ratings on a HDMI cable and all other numbers are gibberish as lingering as it says HDMI on it?
