Not for digital cable users,
Bought this to hide under base board and run from wall plug across the room to L.E.D. tv. Easy to run, but my digital cable would not show the premium channels when hooked into the digital cable box from Cablevision. I thought it was the box which I replaced then finally got a technician to come out who told me it was definitely the cable which could not handle the HD signal. He replaced with a regular cable and now no problems. Works for basic connection only, not digital HD.

|Terrific for running under carpet!,
We moved into a really small apartment and made the dining room our “TV room”. Because the dining room was not originally intended to have a TV, there was no cable outlet. This cable allowed us to extend the cable connection from the living room, across a doorway (under the carpet and door), while keeping things neat.
This ultra-thin coax cable lives up to its name. It is not much wider than a cooked spaghetti, and when you run it under the carpet, you will barely notice it when you step on it.
When the second cable guy came to install the digital card for the TiVo, he complained that the cable was too thin to carry cable signals — but the TiVo shows full signal, and we’ve not had any troubles.
